1. First of all download and install latest dc unlocker client 1.00.597.

2. Now download the dccrap given below. no need to install it as it is a portable file.
3. Now open dccrap rar file and run dccrap.exe
4. Select ZTE datacards n keep auto detect modem.
5. Now search for your modem.
6. After searching and detecting your data card click on unlocking.
Thats it. Your data card will be unlocked in 1 or 2 seconds.
You can use it for huawei, Zte, Sierrawireless and micromax also
